Effective ways to build resilience include:
- Maintaining social connections
- Keeping healthy routines
- Practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques
- Developing problem-solving skills
- Seeking professional help when needed
Coping skills are strategies to manage stress and emotional challenges. They help us stay balanced and focused even during tough times.
Building resilience doesn’t mean avoiding problems but learning how to respond to them in healthier ways.
